Loss of power, burning smells, scorching, sparks, exposed live wiring or a fault after water ingress. If in doubt, call — we’ll advise.
Should I do anything before you arrive?+
If it’s safe, switch off at the consumer unit and unplug affected appliances. Don’t touch anything scorched or wet. We’ll guide you on the phone.
Will you fix it on the first visit?+
We aim to make everything safe on the first visit and repair most faults there and then, carrying common parts with us.
