Quotes
Quotes are free and you are under no obligation to accept one. We will look at the job, or at photographs of it, before we give you a figure.
The price
The price is fixed in writing before any work starts. That is the figure you will be invoiced.
If something is found once work is under way that genuinely changes the job, we stop and tell you what it means before carrying on. Nothing is added to the price without your agreement, in writing, first.
Certification
On completion you are given the certification for the work carried out, and where the work is notifiable it is notified to Building Control.

Nothing on this page affects the rights you have by law as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
